Shopping on our website is quick and easy:
1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you want.
2. On the product details page select the size and colour you prefer and click on "Add to Cart".
3. A summary window will open, click on “Proceed to checkout“ and proceed with the purchase.
4. Proceed with the registration of your personal data in order to make the order, otherwise log in to your personal account and complete the order.
5. Enter the delivery address and payment information. If you have any special requirement for the delivery, please fill the relevant field in the order section.
You can check and change the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time and you can pay with any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PostePay), with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When you order, you only pre-authorise the payment. You are only actually charged for the order when the products are dispatched.

The order confirmation email include a Tracking Number, which allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.
If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "Order History and Details" section.
You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend you to contact immediately our Customer Services Department so that they can verify the status of your request.
In any case, you can request the return of the item within 14 days from the delivery of the order and for any reason. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section and in "Terms and Conditions".
On the product details page, under "Sizes Guide", you can consult the details on size and fitting.

You can find the "Contact us" button at the bottom of every web page. By clicking on it, you will be provided with a phone number and a form to send an email.
Shipping to Italy is free for orders above €150 and delivery is usually within 7 working days.
For orders with value below €150, the shipping cost is €10.00.
Shipping to Europe is free for orders above €300.
For orders with value below €300, the shipping cost is €20.00.
If you have any special requirement for the delivery, please fill the relevant field in the order section.
We recommend you to always specify any practical detail for the delivery, such as the name on the intercom, the name of the company or the presence of a concierge.

The courier will try to deliver your package again. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a delivery notice with contact details and your order will be deposited at a collection point. By contacting the courier, you will be able to collect your order at the office specified. If you are not able to collect your order from the collection point, after a few days the package will be returned to our warehouse.
We deliver to Italy and Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Swiss and Hungary.
You have 14 days from your order delivery to request a return, for whatever reason.
In order to return the product, log in to your personal account and go to the "Order History and Details" section. You will find the online procedure to request for a return.
You will receive a confirmatory email and the instructions for the returns.
Prepare the box. The product must be returned in the exactly same conditions in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its tags and accessories.
In the case of any kind of defects you can return the item easily.
Log in to personal account and go to the "Order History and Details" section, select "Request Return" and specify your problem.
After we have received your returned item and checked for any damage, we will forward the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept articles that are not in the same condition in which you received them. We will update you regularly by email until we confirm the refund.
As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.
To change a product you need to return it following the return procedure online and proceed with a new order.
